Sometimes clients are looking for discussions and guidance in finding ways of making their lives more fulfilling, more content, and less stressful. They do not necessarily have any sort of mental illness, or that is not what they are looking to address, but rather are looking for ways to feel better about their lives, to explore issues of spirituality, or wellness, or otherwise finding more meaning in their day to day lives. 

We provide these services for those who would like to explore means of becoming more content and comfortable in their lives, to explore the pitfalls and barriers that sabotage them, and pull them into depressive or anxious modes. Because these services do not involve insurance companies, we can set goals together without worrying about what the managed care people think you should be doing, and focusing instead on what you want out of your sessions.
